About Jennifer

I am an experienced UKCP-registered psychotherapist, with over 15 years in private practice across West and South West London. Alongside my clinical work, I have spent the past five years as a Supervisor, Facilitator and staff member at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), where I support the development of trainees and practitioners.

My training spans over a decade and includes rigorous academic, clinical and personal development. I trained at CCPE, qualifying in 2011 and completing my Master’s in 2012. Since then, I have continued to deepen my practice through advanced psychotherapy training, EMDR clinical training, a postgraduate diploma in Transpersonal Dreamwork, and a Diploma in Supervision.

I have worked within a range of settings, including NHS services and charity organisations across London, such as the Kingston Women’s Centre, before moving fully into private practice and facilitation.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s individual needs. This includes EMDR, somatic and embodied approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and transpersonal perspectives. I also incorporate creative methods, guided visualisation, mindfulness and dreamwork where appropriate, supporting clients to engage with deeper, often unconscious processes.

My core training is rooted in a humanistic and transpersonal perspective, which values the whole person and supports the growth of an authentic self, including at a deeper and more spiritual level where this is meaningful to the client.

In addition to psychotherapy, I am a qualified yoga and meditation teacher.
