Clinical Supervision

Jennifer Levy M.A. Psych., Dipls.Psych.,& Adv.Psych., Dipl.Dreams., Dipl.Supervision., EMDR. MBACP UKCP

UKCP Recognised Clinical Supervisor, Facilitator & Psychotherapist

I am an experienced UKCP-accredited Clinical Supervisor and Integrative Psychotherapist with over 17 years’ experience in the field of mental health and wellbeing, and more than 15 years running an established private practice in London and South West London.

I provide individual Clinical Supervision for practitioners, recent graduates, and psychotherapists in training, including students at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), where I also work as a Supervisor and Facilitator.

My supervisory approach is integrative and relational, informed by psychodynamic, attachment-based, humanistic, existential, and transpersonal perspectives. I offer a reflective, creative, and collaborative space that supports both professional development and personal growth, while encouraging practitioners to deepen their clinical insight, confidence, and authenticity in their work.

I have particular experience supporting therapists working with anxiety, trauma, depression, self-development, and mind-body integration. My work is also informed by additional training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed practice, and dreamwork from a transpersonal perspective.

Alongside psychotherapy and supervision, my longstanding interest in the mind-body connection and Eastern philosophy led me to train as a yoga teacher. This continues to deepen my understanding of trauma-sensitive practice, meditation, embodiment, and holistic approaches to mental health and wellbeing.

My Approach

I offer a space to reflect on your practice in safe and confidential environment, together we can explore your work in a way that allows space for deeper insight, exploration of different perspectives - and perhaps a new understanding of what is being presented. Supervision is client focused as well as empowering the practitioner to guide their own practice, within a safe ethical framework.
